The Hex Labs ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

1. What we collect

Account: your Google account email, name and profile picture — provided by Google when you sign in.
Content you create: uploads, generated media, drafts, prompts, and other work you produce inside the apps.
Third-party grants: if you opt in to Gmail/Calendar features, we store the OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) needed to serve you. You can revoke at any time.
Login history: date, time, IP address, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country of each successful and failed login.
Usage: which features you invoke and how many credits each call consumes.

2. Why we collect it

To serve the apps you actually use.
To detect abuse, brute force, and account compromise.
To provide you with a login-history audit trail.
To bill (if applicable) — credits are consumed by the actions you take.

3. IP addresses & approximate location

We record your IP at each login. The country/region derived from an IP is approximate — we never use precise GPS. Ordinary support staff see your IP masked (e.g. 49.205.***.***). Full IPs are visible only to security administrators for abuse investigation.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) process your prompts to return results; we do not send them your account identifiers.

5. Retention

Account data: for as long as your account exists.
Login events: 180 days.
Content: until you delete it or your account is deleted.
Audit logs: kept as long as legally required.

6. Your rights

Access, correct or delete your account (see Privacy Settings).
Export a copy of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time — cookie preferences included.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 you may use the service only with parental supervision.

8. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
