Terms of Service
By using The Hex Labs you agree to the following terms. Read them carefully.
1. What we provide
A stack of AI-powered applications available at thehexlabs.com. Some features consume credits; some are free. Feature availability may change.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
- One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Generate content that infringes third-party rights, defames, or contains child sexual abuse material.
- Attempt to identify, deanonymize, or profile a real person without their consent.
- Send spam, malware, or automated attacks.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or evade rate limits.
4. Content ownership
You own what you upload and what you generate. We claim a limited license to store, process and display your content to you — nothing more. If you delete an item, it stops appearing in the app; residual copies in backups may persist for a limited retention window.
5. Consent-first behaviour
Apps that touch external services (Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are read-only by default. State-changing actions (sending an email, creating a calendar event, paying a bill) require your explicit approval every single time.
6. Credits
Each feature call may consume credits from your balance. Once credits are consumed they are not refundable unless the call failed on our side. Balances may never go negative.
7. No warranties
The service is provided "as is". AI outputs can be wrong, biased or offensive — always verify important information before acting on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
